WEEK #8 (Weekly Drawings 2019)

Well - what better way to spend a Valentines day than with Elvis hey?  Am I right?

Had a wonderful time listening to the king.  I really enjoyed the show and his voice was such a pleasure.

I tried to get some good pics to draw from, but no worries - because after the show he graciously agreed to give me a wonderful cheesy smile - pure Elvis-ness.

I can't say I had a ton of fun doing the actual drawing though.  All those sparklies!  I just couldn't dig my way through the entire outfit.  The collar was difficult enough to do.

FROM A COUPLE OF ARTICLES.....
"Singing for Jeff started from an early age. Jeff had great fortune to have a mother who was very gifted musically and encouraged him to follow his voice. At the ripe old age of five he was stage at his first talent show, by six he was on television with his grade one class and sang solo. Jeff has now been singing for thirty six years and has always had a love of old fifties Rock'n'Roll. Elvis' music was often played while Jeff was growing up and he grew to appreciate it."

Kilimanjaro in Africa in 2002 Jeff has an amazing ability of bringing the "King of Rock and Roll" back into the minds and hearts of all those who have special memories of "The Entertainer of the Century".

Actually, as much as I hate getting a speeding ticket (really only got one in my life), but hey - if I got one from Elvis, I wouldn't really mind so much.  He must have been a lot of fun at work!
